The organizing committee for the Innovation Support Network (ISN hubs) – a community for startup incubation hubs in Nigeria offering business support for entrepreneurs and budding startups announced some weeks ago that they will be convening to draft a pathway for the growth of the association.
This inaugural edition tagged: “Building Sustainable Hubs to Support Nigerian Entrepreneurs” is scheduled to hold between Wednesday 23rd to Thursday 24th October, 2019 at the prestigious Civic Center, Victoria Island – Lagos.
The ISN gathering sponsored by The Ford Foundation will feature Keynotes, Masterclasses, Panel Discussions, Exhibitionss, Fireside chats among other activities.
This edition will bring together hub founders, administrators, key partners and stakeholders to engage around how hubs can build sustainable models in addition to joining hands together to build a support network for their mutual good.
One of the high points for this inaugural edition will be the organization’s Annual Meeting.
Registration is open to the stakeholders of the gathering include; innovation hubs (and other enterprise support organizations), government & development agencies, angel investors & venture capitalists, corporate organizations, academia, startups, press & media, and anybody with a keen interest in building the Nigeria entrepreneur and startup ecosystem.
Some of the speakers that’ll be featuring at the Innovation Support Network inaugural meeting include Fayo Williams, founder of Exponential Hub. Bruce Lucas of Olotu Square, Hanson Johnson of Start Innovation Hub, Kola Aina of Ventures Platform. Also speaking is the CEO of MainOne, Funke Opeke. The meeting will also feature a speech by Tomi Davies, the first ISN Chairman who is also the President of ABAN Angels.
